DESIGN
We recognise being part of a construction team working for the client and to be part of this team we use the latest in Autocad and REVIT software to provide a fully co-ordinated services approach to any construction scheme.
Thermal modelling is a fundamental approach to any scheme allowing our engineers to provide for the most cost effective and energy efficient scheme.
SUPPLY
We have a wide supply chain network able to supply specialist input when required.
We also provide clients with a M&E management service, managing the design process, on site quality and through to commissioning and handover of a scheme.
INSTALLATION
We employ on site operatives to install services either designed by ourselves or by others.
We pride ourselves in having very experienced site teams that work alongside other trades to produce the highest quality of work.
COMMISSIONING
With any M&E installation the proper commissioning of systems is vital to allow the ongoing fault free functioning of systems.
We also recognise that the commissioning management needs to be brought into the design process at an early stage to avoid any unwanted site modifications at a later stage.
Accurate and clear records and "AS FITTED" drawings are vital and we always welcome a soft landings approach with the clients engineering teams on all projects.
